Tarot and chakras are surprisingly connected, just like everything else in our Divine world. There are seven large chakras in our bodies. These seven different chakras are connected to the large and small Arcana cards from the Tarot cards (the game with the cards full of symbolism). Which seven chakras are there and with which tarot cards are these seven different chakras connected?
There are seven main chakras in our bodies;
- 1st chakra; Base chakra
- 2nd chakra; Sacral chakra
- 3rd chakra; Solar plexus chakra
- 4th chakra; Heart chakra
- 5th chakra; Throat chakra
- 6th chakra; Forehead Chakra
- 7th chakra; Crown chakra
The tarot consists of 22 archetypes (the major Arcana) and 56 cards that provide information about how you do (or don’t do) something (the minor Arcana). The small Arcana is subdivided into four sets of 14 cards;
Within each series can be found;

- A knight
Tarot and the Chakras
Awareness of any blockages in the chakras can be achieved by, among other things, pulling and reading/interpreting the Tarot cards. Each card of the Tarot is connected to one of the seven main chakras. By giving extra attention to this connectedness, it can become clear in which chakra there is a blockage for which it is apparently now is the time to get started.
